Our founder, a nurse and maternal‑health advocate, envisioned a model that blends clinical credibility with human compassion — care that’s accessible, warm, and grounded in evidence.

Today, we’re redefining how mothers are supported through the emotional transitions of pregnancy, postpartum, and the return to work.

We partner with OB‑GYN offices, employers, and health systems to extend care beyond the exam room — into the home and workplace.

Our founder, Melinda, is a mother just like you who, despite her professional background as a registered nurse, fought through the mental load of motherhood, facing major gaps in care.

She merged her clinical expertise and personal experiences to start Mind Your Motherhood, a maternal mental health initiative to reduce the prevalence and impact of moms experiencing mental health challenges by closing care gaps.
